Roofing & Painting Before & After
Same house, same angle, different condition. Drag the line on the sliders, or take in both frames at once on the side-by-sides. Every photo here is a job we did.

Lakeside boathouse, full exterior repaint
Peeling yellow siding and tired red shutters taken back to a deep navy with crisp white trim. Same corner, same tree, one season apart.

The same boathouse from the water side
The lake elevation takes the worst of the sun and wind, so it gets the same prep and the same two coats as the street side.
Before
AfterBoathouse over the water
The same boathouse again, down at the waterline. Siding this close to the water stays damp far longer than the rest of a property, so it was scraped, spot-primed and repainted with the rest.
Before
AfterFarmhouse rear elevation
Failing white paint peeling down to bare wood, brought back as a deep slate gray with white trim. Nothing was re-sided. This is the original wood.
Before
AfterGambrel two-story, side elevation
Weathered gray siding with chalked, cupping boards. Washed, scraped, primed and finished in blue with white trim.

The same gambrel from the front
Including the sunroom, the foundation skirt and every window casing, the parts homeowners usually find quoted separately.

Gable end with cedar shake
The old red paint had let go in sheets across the upper gable. Scraped back and repainted, shake and lap siding both.

Foursquare with a full-width porch
Faded sage body brought to charcoal while the original red porch trim stayed. Proof that a repaint does not have to mean starting the color scheme over.
Before
AfterTwo-story, mauve to navy
A dated pink body over a stone foundation, finished in navy with white window trim and a clean cut line at the stone.
